How do I check the status of my rebate? 
You can check the status of your rebate that was mailed to Enfield, CT in one of two ways:
Visit www.iirebates.com/losi
Send an email with as much information as you can to support@iirebates.com
Can I submit more than one rebate for my product?
Only one claim per submission per customer, household and/or shipping address with a limit of three (3) eligible items per claim.  Duplicate or additional claims will be rejected.
What is a UPC Code?
The Universal Product Code (UPC) is a barcode symbology (i.e., a specific type of barcode), that is widely used in the United States and Canada for tracking trade items in stores. At right are examples of what the UPC on a Losi product from Horizon Hobby should look like.

Please note that the item number for the product is printed above the bar code and must not be cut off.
My rebate submission was rejected.  What do I do?

Rebates can be rejected for several reasons.  Some will allow for resubmission and others will not.  If a rebate is rejected, you will receive a notification by email indicating why your rebate was rejected and what to do next.
If your rebate submission did not include required items such as proof of purchase, a UPC barcode, Serial #, etc., you will be asked to send the required information to continue with processing. 
If your rebate submission was rejected for reasons that disqualify the submission, you will not be allowed to resubmit.  Some examples of reasons where resubmission may not be allowed could include:

  • Purchase was not made within the required timeframe
  • Rebate submission was not postmarked by the required date
  • Purchase was made from a retailer who was not participating in the rebate promotion
  • You already submitted a rebate for the promotion and multiple submissions are not allowed
  • You purchased a product which does not qualify for the promotion
Do I have to send the original receipt and/or UPC bar code or can I send a copy?
Under this program you must submit one original receipt showing all eligible products from a qualified retailer and the original UPC bar code(s) from your product(s).  You should keep a copy of all documents submitted for your records.  Original documents will not be returned.
I have lost my original receipt. 
An original receipt is required for this program and we will be unable to process a redemption claim unless one is provided
Do I have to provide my email address and/or phone number
Some rebate forms require that you provide your email address and/or telephone number.  If the information is required to process your rebate you should provide it or your submission may be rejected.  In addition, we use your email address to provide you with notifications regarding the status of your rebate.  Email addresses collected through this program are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the program found on www.losi.com as well as Horizon Hobby’s Privacy Policy. I made a purchase and there are multiple product rebates available but I only have one receipt
This program requires all eligible items to be listed on a single original receipt.  
I submitted my rebate online.  Why do I have to mail in the original receipt and original UPC(s)?
For this program you must provide the redemption materials required per the Terms and Conditions or we will be unable to fulfill your redemption request. You must be sure to have these materials postmarked per the Terms and Conditions as well. Failure to submit the required materials will result in a rejection of your claim.
